This Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed on Kimeesh for delivery within India.

We deliver to selected pin codes across India. Availability of same-day or next-day delivery depends on your location and product type.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery: typically 2–5 business days
Same-day delivery: available in select cities for orders placed before the stated cut-off time
Scheduled delivery: where you select a preferred delivery date on the product page, we will attempt delivery on that date

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout. Free delivery may apply above a minimum order value as displayed on the website and configurable by us from time to time.

4. Recipient Availability

Please ensure the delivery address and contact number are correct. If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery partner may attempt re-delivery or contact you. Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability may attract additional charges or order cancellation as applicable.

5. Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances including weather, traffic, strikes, or courier partner issues. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

6. Product Condition

Perishable items (flowers, cakes, etc.) are handled with care. Slight variations in arrangement or appearance may occur and do not constitute a defect.
